Meet Our Owner
Monica M. Randall, MBA
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Randall brings more than 36 years of experience in the state and federal government marketplace. She spent 23 years with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), where she assisted small businesses with creation, growth, and expansion.
​
In addition to her extensive government career, she served as a Marketing Specialist for CIT Small Business Lending in New Jersey. She currently teaches federal certification and marketing workshops for various organizations and previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Anne Arundel Community College, teaching courses in Marketing, Advertising and Sales Promotion, eMarketing, Management Principles, and Introduction to Entrepreneurship.

Ms. Randall holds a bachelor's degree in Business from Coppin State University, a master's in Legal and Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore, and both an MBA and a master's in Marketing from University of Maryland Global Campus (formerly University of Maryland University College). She has devoted her entire career to supporting small business growth and development in the federal marketplace.
