Ms. Randall has over 20 years of experience working for the U.S. Small Business Administration(SBA). She worked as a Marketing Specialist as well as a Business Consultant in SBA's 8(a) program servicing over 100 clients at a time.
In addition to her extensive career with the government, she also worked as a Marketing Specialist for CIT, Small Business Lending in New Jersey. She currently teaches federal certification and marketing workshops for various organizations as well as previously taught as an Adjunct Professor for Anne Arund el Community College in the areas of Marketing, Advertising and Sales Promotion, eMarketing, Management Principles, and Introduction to Entrepreneurship courses.
Ms. Randall holds an Undergraduate Degree in Business from Coppin University, a Masters in Legal & Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore, and an MBA and Masters in Marketing from the University of Maryland University College. She has been assisting small businesses for over 30 years and devoting her entire career to small business growth and development in the federal marketplace.
